By His stripes, we are healed

Every cross I paint starts the same way — on my knees. The cross is not decoration to me. It is the place where my shame was traded for love, where sickness met healing, where a wandering man was given a family.

That is why the paintings are free. Grace was given to me freely, so I give it the same way. If a cross on your wall reminds you that you are loved, then it has done exactly what I prayed over it.
